Wellness Retreats
How are you?
No, how are you....really?

Life throws many challenges at us whether it be health, relationships, stress or trauma, no human is immune to the pressures that we constantly face. Cue a beautiful wellness retreat, a safe and supported environment for you to work on you and give yourself the time and permission to disconnect the mind and nourish the body.

Not all Wellness Retreats are the same however, so it is important that the Retreat you choose aligns best with your goals, and that's where we come in. As an independent body to consult with you and make recommendations on the many retreats that we have available across Australia/NZ and beyond

Our Top Wellness Retreat Planning Tips
Do it!
Life is too short for us to keep persevering if we aren't our best version. Putting off a Wellness Retreat is putting off living your best life, so just do it and enjoy the benefits now and into the future.
Choose your retreat well
Not all Wellness Retreats are the same so it pays to research and understand what they may specialise in. Some may be more Yoga/Meditation/Spiritual focused and some may be more health/fitness/nutrition focussed so ensure they are offering the facilities, inclusions and qualified staff in the fields that align with your goals
Solo or with a Friend?
Only you will know the answer to this however it is worth considering hard. Is this something I need to do alone or do I feel I will get more from the experience with the support of a close friend or family member?
Go easy on yourself
Putting a lot of pressure on yourself can create anxiety leading up to the retreat. You can trust that the staff at all reputable retreats will make you feel supported and safe. Your journey is a personal one and the level of progress will be unique to you through so many factors. We like to remind our customers of "Progress not Perfection"
Set yourself some goals
A great retreat experience will only deliver what you need if you are clear on your goals. Take some time leading up to the retreat to journal your thoughts and goals for the retreat. How do you want to be better? What knowledge do you want to take on? What habits do you want to break or improve?
Try to allow yourself a good budget
You are investing in yourself - your most precious resource! If you are serious about self-care and improving your wellness, then you want a great location, good facilities and highly qualified staff. This all comes at a cost, but one that will likely deliver your goals!
