Introducing Mind and Body Travel

I have never met anyone who doesn't like to travel. Exploring the world, gaining new experiences, ticking those amazing items off our bucket list - it's all part of our DNA and something that we generally see as a necessity in life, and it is!

With an average of 4 weeks annual leave each year (if they can take it!), most people working full time enjoy a mere 7.69% of their year enjoying an escape from the rat race. This number 7.69% puts a powerful and important perspective on how we travel and how we approach our holidays.

For many people, the limited amount of annual leave per year (as well as general family/life commitments) forces many of us into this frenzy of trying to fit in as much as possible with the mindset that a down day is a wasted day. But what does this achieve? Sure some great experiences, Instagram selfies and life long memories are created but how has that improved you? Are you coming back from your holidays refreshed, focused, inspired and ready to achieve your goals in life? Or are you coming back tired, depressed, dreading that first day back at work and sometimes in a lesser mindset than you were before your holiday?

It is this perspective that drives the core purpose at Mind and Body Travel "Inspire You". We see travel as an amazing tool to find inspiration and clarity in our lives and utilise it for self improvement. You may be yearning for a sense of self achievement to find a greater level of confidence that Trekking Kokoda or Hiking to Everest Base camp can deliver on in spades. You may be desperate to de-stress and focus on your own wellness that a Yoga or Wellness retreat can help you achieve. Even just craving a sense of freedom and escape that walking the Camino de Santiago in Spain or the Milford Track in New Zealand is guaranteed to inspire.

We are passionate that travel should improve you. If we can help empower people to do something life changing for themselves through travel then that is the difference that we want to make in this world, 1 traveller at a time.

So our question to you is.....How will you Inspire YOU?
